All services are delivered inline with “ISO9001” and other relevant service specific management systems standards as set by the
International Organisation for Standardization.
Our Quality Management System is aligned with ISO 9001 and we are followers and practitioners of the guidelines, processes and risk
management practices in all our operations of ISO 31000 Risk Management and ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management.
FSS carries extensive Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Employer Liability, Contingent Auto Liability, and Medical Malpractice insurance
covers. We medically insure our traveling Consultants to fully meet our duty of care commitments to our Clients and staff.
MEDICAL SERVICES
FSS is a dynamic provider of scalable medical care, with an extensive history providing advanced services in challenging, remote and austere
environments.
Our Emergency Medical Services Protocols are the recognised operating procedures that all FSS emergency medical service professionals, such
as doctors, paramedics and emergency medical technicians must follow for patient assessment, treatment, transportation and delivery to
definitive care. They are drawn from the relevant ‘best practices’ of the major UK Governing Bodies.
FSS is accredited by Qualifications Network UK (QNUK) and the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) to provide accredited training
services for a range of internationally recognised medical qualifications.
EMERGENCY PRE-HOSPITAL CARE
Service provision can range from individual Advanced Cardiac and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ACLS-ATLS) paramedics with field equipment, to ALS equipped 4 x 4 site ambulances or complete site clinics with General Practitioner and on-site diagnostic and pharmacy services.
PRIMARY CARE
The provision of on-site primary care ensures minimal disruption to production or daily site activities. Healthcare services in many developing countries may be under resourced or great distances from the project site or area of operation.
MEDICAL EVACUATIONS
The critical guide to medical evacuation is “under medical supervision” and compliant with best practice and current protocols, to ensure the highest standards of patient care utilising the appropriate equipment.
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND PROCUREMENT
FSS offers a bespoke Medical Kitting Service, specialising in the design, sourcing and fulfilment of bespoke medical equipment packages, tailored to the clients location, specific project needs and user skill level.
TRAINING SERVICES
FSS is accredited by ‘QNUK’ & The ‘Institute of Administration’ to provide training in an extensive range of Level 3,4,5 medical qualifications. Including ‘First Aid in the Workplace ’First Person on Scene’
SECURITY SERVICES
Field Security Services was the founding FSS Group company registered in 2006. The Group has a long, credible history in providing a range of bespoke security services to tier 1 clients.
Our core personnel are former UK Special Forces and other ex-military or law enforcement specialist personnel. They have all completed successful careers in their chosen fields and have operated in many challenging overseas areas.
Executive Protection / Secure Transport
Executive Protection (bodyguarding) is an FSS specialty. We offer a complete personal protection service in many countries. Providing indigenous or expatriate personnel, encompassing overt or covert teams with male and/or female Executive Protection Officers (EPOs’)
SECURITY CONSULTING SERVICES
FSS has a long and verifiable history of delivering these niche services in high risk environments internationally. We will create new, or review current risk assessments, site security plans, security policies, SOPs’ and emergency contingency plans with our clients.
Training Services
FSS is an accredited training provider by QNUK (Qualifications Network United Kingdom) a major awarding body and will be expanding its security training course offerings wider in 2023 / 24 to deliver accredited internationally recognised qualifications.
Guarding
FSS has a long history of prestigious guarding contracts, on major national infrastructure, Mining and Industrial Plants, Corporate Offices and Private Homes.
PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES
FSS is adept at providing bespoke life support solutions to client projects in frontier markets. Including provision of Risk Management, Medical and wider project
support solutions, for a variety of industries.
Any combination of services can be tailored to the specific project requirements. Providing a complete, well orchestrated project base.
Complete Life Support
FSS has supported some truly unique projects over many years in several developing countries and has delivered fully tailored life support services to international projects. These have included, provision of accommodation, power, water, laundry, catering, radio, WiFi and satellite TV.

Since 2006 we have successfully provided our Clients with a wide variety of business support services in the countries where we operate allowing them to concentrate on the core business activities.
Catering Services
FSS Group has learnt through its own operations, that for a workforce to be effective in their role and satisfied at a remote work site; the provision of good quality, diverse, fresh, hygienically prepared meals is essential for both physical and mental well being.
Laundry Services
We care for your laundry with modern commercial laundry equipment operated by a knowledgeable, skilled team, whom hold relevant industry experience.
